DebtFix Solutions - Transparent Debt Assistance Program

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering your loan on the DebtFix Solutions platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or participate in any draws.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our bi-monthly relief draws, your registered loan must strictly comply with the following regulations:

Loan Age: The loan account must have been active and open for at least six (6) months prior to the date of registration.
Loan Status: Only loans in an "Active" repayment state qualify. Defaulted loans, closed accounts, or settled accounts are not eligible.
Anti-Fraud Limits: Users must register their own loans. Only one (1) loan registration is permitted per borrower, verified by a unique Permanent Account Number (PAN). Duplicate registrations of PAN, mobile numbers, or loan account numbers will be automatically blocked.

3. Document Verification & Verification Scores

Participants may upload supporting loan documents (EMI schedules and sanction letters). Based on the number of uploaded documents, tickets are rated:

Bronze Verified: 0 documents uploaded.
Silver Verified: 1 document uploaded.
Gold Verified: 2 documents uploaded.

While document submission is optional to enter the draw, the verification team prioritizes Gold and Silver verified tickets during relief distribution cycles to expedite audit checks.

4. Draw and Winner Selection Process

Draws are conducted automatically every 15 days (specifically on the 15th and the last calendar day of each month) using a cryptographically secure random selection algorithm (CSPRNG). Results are compiled by Category Pools (A to E) based on the original loan size. Complete audit trails, including execution seeds and SHA-256 hashes, are published publicly to guarantee transparency and eliminate manual tampering.

5. Reward Distribution Procedure

Selected winners are entitled to one of three randomly assigned relief packages: 100% Loan Principal payoff, 12 Months EMI support, or 6 Months EMI support. Under no circumstances will cash or direct bank transfers be paid to the borrower. All relief capital is transferred directly to the verified lending bank or NBFC to reduce or close the outstanding balance of the registered loan account.

6. Disclaimers

DebtFix Solutions is a social assistance program and does not guarantee debt cancellation or financial payout for all registered users. Payouts depend entirely on the availability of relief capital in the relief pool.
